Cavaliers golf course first opened for play in 1959. The course was designed by Frank Murray and Russell Roberts.

The course plays to a par 71. Cavaliers course measures 6,536 yards from the championship tees, 6,200 from the whites. Ladies' yardage is 5,729. Four ponds and a lake are the most prominent hazards. The layout is not heavily bunkered, but boundaries are a factor. It's important to make your figures on the front, because the back side contains 3 of the most challenging holes on the course.

Find a member and try the course. New course "super" really improving overall conditions of all aspects of the playing areas, tee to green.

Would travel: 10-20 Miles
Bottom line: I would play again, Better than average course for the area, Fair priced based on quality and competitive area pricing

AS A MEMBER I FEEL THIS COURSE IS A GOOD LAYOUT AND CHALLENGE FOR ALL MOST ANY GOLFER . THERE ARE A NUMBER OF DIFFERENT TEES TO CHOOSE FROM . THE FRONT IS EASIER THAN THE BACK 9 !!

Bottom line: I would play again, Better than average course for the area, Fair priced based on quality and competitive area pricing
